Pointe Shoe Fitting Rebooking Fee Policy

To ensure a smooth scheduling process and respect the time of our fitters, a $10 rebooking fee will apply for any missed pointe shoe fitting appointments (no call/no show).

• This fee must be paid prior to rescheduling your fitting.
• The $10 will be credited toward your purchase at checkout only if you attend your rescheduled appointment.
• If you miss the rescheduled appointment without notice, the $10 fee is forfeited and non-refundable.
