Refund policy

For hygiene purposes, we are unable to issue returns or exchanges on:

Tards (Leo, Biker, Uni, etc.), Tights, Undergarments/Bras, Make-up, Jewelry or Special Orders (that are not standard stock)

**customers have 90 days to retrieve special orders before they are forfeited

All eligible items must be returned in NEW condition, in its original packaging/tag within 7 days of order fulfillment.

KNE reserves the right to deny returns/exchanges if guidelines are not met. Eligible return/past date items may be eligible for store credit.

All orders must be returned via the original payment method. Cards may take3-5 business days to reflect on customer accounts.
